Front End Associate Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills:
- Proficient in using file management systems to organize and maintain documents - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Strong office management skills, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others - Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Typing proficiency with accuracy and speed - Experience in event planning or coordination is an asset Job Type:
